They were very careful to answer our questions about warranties etc and make sure everything was operating before they left. Dakota and his apprentice did a great job. They called ahead because they were running early which worked well, then did an excellent job of installing the 2 new door openers. It was obvious that Dakota was very knowledgeable about the motor he sold me as well garage doors in general. They were in and out in 2 hours and everything is working well.

This was the second call back after my original repair - I think Sean figured it out! Two different size springs were installed by the first technician which caused uneven stress in the door thereby causing the extra loudness and jerkiness we were experiencing. Sean was thorough, professional and personable.
