Mike is the best. He explained everything in detail. He told me at length which product would be the cheapest and the best quality. He didn't try to sell anything to me but rather helped me make informed choices. We had used Precision around 7 years ago too. And we were happy to use them away.

Precision Garage Door is the BEST. Everyone you deal with is kind and listens to your needs. No question or learning knowledge is too small for them. I would never have any garage door after having a Precision Garage Door! It is the Porsche of all garage doors!

Precision was great to work with. The estimator Kat was knowledgeable and walked us through the process and materials thoroughly. The doors were severely back ordered but did come in earlier than expected. The installer Sean MCoy was on time, professional, courteous and gave us great tips to extend the life of the doors. They look amazing, he did a fantastic job and left our garage clean of any debris! Highly recommend!

Antonio Maes replaced all springs on two doors, adjusted the chain drives, and lubricated the system. He was capable and thorough. He also proposed four different services with steadily increasing "price points," as required by the company. The representative I spoke with told me the cost would be $89 for a service call, plus the cost of parts only. What she didn't say is that parts are very expensive.

Nathan is a true professional, he explained the options, gave fair assessments of the condition of the garage door and stayed longer than planned to finish the job in one visit. The only other comment is that Precision Doors should probably carry a couple of models to choose from - that said, the unit that Nathan installed is perfectly satisfactory without too many bells and whistles. Fabulous work!
