Tech was great, but disappointed that techs apparently are not provided with batteries for the remotes. I therefore had to pay $132.00 for a service call to be told I had a dead battery in one of the remotes, and then had to make a separate trip to the store to buy a new battery. Seems like you could at least provide replacement batteries for $132.00?

Excellent service and quality from a phone call request for service to an advance notice of the appointment, it was great! The repairman, JPFelix, was on time, efficient, extremely knowledgeable about the wooden garage door originally installed in 1996, the good points about it, and the problems caused by temperature changes. He fixed the problems after diagnosing them within an hour. I highly recommend his work for Precision Door Company. Thanks for the outstanding experience. The customer service was a plus from start to finish!

Hello, Kat and Vince came out to examine my garage door, recommend repair/replacement/upgrade options, and provide me with a variety of estimate for those options. I was pleased with the timeliness of their visit in the window provided, the courtesy call in advance, and the willingness to answer all of my questions about options and combinations thereof. I communicated with the director of our HOA association to confirm door design compatibility and discuss HOA deadlines before down-selecting the best option to meet my needs. I have reached out to Kat with additional questions and she was very speedy/thorough in her response. I expect to make an option selection this week. Based on my experience to date I would definitely recommend working with Kat/Precision Door to my neighbors, family, and friends.
