It took repairman about 5 minutes to fix door. I have no problem with the repairman. He was great! I do have a problem with being charged $139 for 5 minutes of work. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income and I would appreciate a senior citizen discount or some other consideration. I am a repeat customer and would like to continue being so but $139 for 5 minutes of work is extremely excessive. Loxi Knowle

Our garage door was making sounds when lowered so we called for service under warranty. Ben was on time and really friendly. He quickly assessed the problem as being the wheels not running smoothly through a couple areas on the tracks. After a short period of time he had straightened the tracks and the door was opening and closing smoothly with no sound. Everything was also covered by the warranty. A very happy customer.
