We have always had good service with Precision. We've called several times in the past with repair issues, and they have always given us the least expensive option to fix our problem thereby building trust with us. When the old doors do bite the dust, we will definitely have Precision do the replacement.

Drew was prompt, gave me a quote upfront and also let me know the easy fix for my garage door code box (I didn’t realize it wasn’t hardwired, had a battery pack). Doh! Otherwise, he replaced a cracked sensor, made sure the door was tuned up and fixed some minor issues. All in all, good job.
