Jake did a fantastic job fixing the garage door spring. Since we purchased the lifetime warranty package ten years ago, the replacement was free of charge, except for the service call. He also added a strut to help reinforce two loose door panels. Overall, excellent services from Precision Garage again.

One of our door springs broke on Saturday night. Called Sunday morning to set up an appointment and in less than 2 hours, a technician showed up! Chasen was really friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. By noon, the garage door was working better than ever before. Really happy with the service and work done.
