We called Ron from a neighbor referral last night after a cable snapped; he came out first thing this am and replaced the broken cable. We asked him to service the other door, and the cables were also compromised; Ron was able to replace those as well for us. Grateful for the quick response during this time!

I called Precision to assess the situation with the rail and screwdrive system that I purchased from another supplier and installed mostly myself. Due to an accident where the door was blocked by a scooter handle that was hidden behind the rail as it was being closed - the screw drive was broken. Precision quickly gave me two estimates for installation of a new system. The technician explained the operator products and emailed me the quotes. This was all during COVID-19 restrictions and the technician took appropriate precaution including wearing a mask.

Ronald took care of my problem, and checked and adjusted some other things, too. My problem was with the sensors, and he took care of it and gave me hints for what to look for in the future. Also got a new remote and had him set it up. It was very nice to get same day service so I didn't have to switch to manual, because the door is so heavy, I don't think I could have done it alone. Thanks for the good service!

Jake did a fantastic job fixing the garage door spring. Since we purchased the lifetime warranty package ten years ago, the replacement was free of charge, except for the service call. He also added a strut to help reinforce two loose door panels. Overall, excellent services from Precision Garage again.
