JP was fantastic! We just bought this house and the garage door was screaming at us. JP made sure to quiet it down. He made sure to take the time to educate me on how to best maintain the garage door which was much appreciated. He also taught me some tricks and made sure everything was set up for me before leaving. I will never use another garage door company again.

The response time after contacting Precision was quick which I appreciated. Options were presented. I decided to purchase a new door rather than repair the aging one. My hope now is Prevision will continue to contact me in a consistent and timely manner and I am hopeful the replacement is not dragged out. When the new door is installed I will be better able to write a more thorough review.

The guy that came out was polite, friendly, and courteous. He was exactly on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the door and told me how much it would be to correct/fix the problem and explained what he needed to do. After the ‘ok’ he was done and tested everything in front of me so I was confident in his work. He had the part on his truck to fix, snd showed me where he had done service adjustments snd lubrication on the door parts without charge to make them smoother and more quiet. Great service person and would highly recommend. This guy should get a raise- I wish they were all like that.

I have to say, Nikolai and the other gentleman that came to help install our new doors (sorry, I forgot his name) did an amazing job. Both were very professional and did an amazing job installing our new doors. They also went over everything we needed to know about our doors as well as the warranty. They helped me program our keyless entry system. I would have to say, overall we would give the company as well as the technicians an A+++++. We love our new doors.
