Nathan installed a new add-on receiver to our existing Craftsman opener, to help us avoid radio interference coming from our new neighbor's unit (the other half of our duplex). We appreciated Nathan's explanation that cheaper DIY options exist, but we preferred to have professional installation. He urged us to call him directly if the interference problem persists.

IT WAS FANTASTIC! All my interactions with this company have been excellent. As soon as I made the appointment they emailed me with all the information and confirmation. They emailed me a photo and a bio of Carlos shortly before he arrived and as soon as the job was done the invoice was already in my in-box. I am truly amazed at how good everything was handled. Carlos was professional and helpful, he explained everything and gave me options. Carlos and his partner, Antonio, were on time and even called a few minutes before arriving to let me know they were on their way. I chose Precision because they are local but I will always use them because they are good!
