JP was great! Not only did he come early, but he immediately knew how to get our garage door remotes working. Also, he was kind enough to reprogram two residents' car systems (they don't use the portable remotes). All in all, a very good experience and we'll call him again if we have any problems.

2 doors and openers installed. They had great response for the estimate, and have good quality products. There was a little mix up on the install date but made the extra effort to correct it when pointed out. The installation went smooth and the technician was professional and quick and was done earlier than expected. Overall it was a great experience Bob

Wesley did a fantastic job detailing the problem and giving us solutions. He was thorough and explained everything to our satisfaction. Since our garage door problem was the result of our Furnace guy backing into it, he took upon himself to write in the estimate that the one panel just could not be replaced but that the whole door needed to be replaced describing to the furnace guy why the cost is higher than anticipated. This was a great idea to add this to the estimate so that the Furnace guy could understand why the bill was higher than anticipated which will no doubt decrease the need for further up emails or calls for clarification. Nice work. Also we are very happy that Precision Garage have the garage doors we need in stock in your warehouse which will decrease the time for us waiting to having a working garage door again.
