The roll-up door on my single car garage was damage when it caught on the bumper of my car. Of the several companies I contacted Precision Door was the easiest to deal with. Within a few days a specialist (Justine) was at my residence to estimate the repair. A written estimate for each of three alternatives was provided within a day. The work was scheduled and completed within a week. Nick did a five-star job by: - replacing the damaged door in a few hours - adjusting the seal at the edges of the new door to keep the cold out - showing me how to lubricate the door to reduce noise and wear.

Austin is such a good person. His professionalism and expertise was exemplary. He knew immediately the problem I was having with my non-working garage door. Austin showed me exactly what the problem was and then proceeded to explain what to do if the issue happens again. Unfortunately, my issue was purely due to human error. But, upon further inspection, Austin pointed out to me the existing garage door springs were over 15 years old, therefore, he, "only recommended," I think about replacing them sometime in the future. He said the existing garage door springs could last months or even a few more years. Because Austin did not pressure me, which is extremely important, and because I knew eventually the springs would have to be replaced, I decided I would go ahead and have them replaced. Austin is very knowledgeable, he is very precise and quick, will go that extra mile, and takes great pride in his work. Precision, you must be proud to have Austin on your team.

We had a new motor installed on the right door. Plus Justin lubricated and tightened all of the bolts and installed the new electronics involved in operating the door. This door runs as smooth and quite as can be. In the 34 years we have lived here it has never been this quite and smooth with the old motor. The door on the left is operated manually and has been through door HE-double golf clubs. My fault as I have ripped the door from its guides on two occasions and had to put it back together the best I could. Needless to say...I fix pianos NOT Garage Doors. Justin alined the roller guides and tightened all of the screws and bolts. My wife can operated the door once again. Its a breeze to open and close and much quieter. We have had Precision Overhead Garage Door Service work on our garage doors several times in the 34 years we have lived here. Their work is of the highest quality and my wife and I especially like Justin Walker. He is very polite and leaves the place much better than he found it. We always wait until Justin can make it out so that we are able to get him. Excellent workmanship and customer relations. I always recommend Precision to my friends and SanDee and I will only use Precision for our Garage Door needs.
