Precision Garage Door's Service is EXCELLENT!! I called today for yearly service and Service Person (Ben Bahr) came over the same day...he oiled and tuned the garage door and as I am a Senior I asked him if he would change the batteries in my opener for me which he gladly did. He answered any question that I had and couldn't have been more patient...(speaking for myself..sometimes Us Seniors need to feel not only comfortable to ask questions but feel that the person knows his trade and performs it to the high standard that we expect...Ben Bahr was exactly that person!!) Thank you for providing SUCH GREAT SERVICE!!

All went very well. Nicholas had to get more info on the coupon special that I presented but all good. Friendly and knowledgeable for opener service. Please tell him the reason that I could not program my door to auto close remotely is that I needed a LM 828 accessory. My opener is MYQ compatible but does not have wifi built in.
