Every time we tried to close the garage door it would bounce and reopen. I called Precision to come and take a look, they happened to have an appointment open next day!! Happened to be my birthday :). The tech came out and figured it was a clip that came off and started to troubleshoot. Decided it was the rail and quoted me, I knew it would cost me so I was prepared. Replaced the rail and continues to troubleshoot, something was not quite right. Turns out motor was bad, but since that is a lifetime warranty part, he replaced it! I was shocked, surprised and well, overjoyed!!! Covered by warranty! How often do you hear this? Precision installed the doors, the opener and has been the only company I call if there is a problem. They have done all maintenance, replaced springs and now a motor replacement. I have always had quality work and great workers! Over 15 years of service for this family.
