I can’t say thank you enough for sending me the best repairman, Robert. What a great employee to represent your company.... Had a horrible experience from another two days prior. They left me in a trapped unsafe situation. I had to do something to fix what was wrong and what they did to try to make it worse. Thankful that my next call was you. Robert was very professional and respectful of me and my problem. He advised me and felt comfortable to move forward to get the job done.
