Our garage door opener stopped working . Called Precision Garage Door of Seattle, was very quick in getting an appointment the very next day. Technician Christopher Tiffany came to do the job. Explained everything so well and did great job. I would recommend him to others who need a good Service person for their garage door. 5 star.

Austin was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, listened, explained thoroughly and easily what he found and gave us 3 options to repair, as well as patient with our talking his ear off. I was very worried when I called Doors West and got Precision instead. With employee shortages and the company going through a buyout transition I didn't expect good service at all. I explained this to the very professional, friendly person who answered the phone and reassured me Precision was on the ball and we had no worries. I decided to go with Precision because my trepadations were relieved but also because Precesion was the only company to actually answer the phone. All 8 other highly rated garage door companies wanted me to leave a message. There was no personal contact or reassurance when or if they could get to us. That's bad business in my book. We also really appreciated the company didn't use sub contractors. We have dealt with this too often with Leaf Guard, Comcast and others who send subs who smell bad, don't speak or understand English well, were incompetent and totally unprofessional and unfriendly. We'd highly reccommend Precision!

He provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision in replacing our entire garage door, and he spared no detail on what options we had. Our main concern was security, and he went above and beyond in providing us all the necessary information. Chris was very approachable and not pushy whatsoever. As a first time home owner, he allayed our fears and guided us through the process of getting an updated garage door. There was a miscommunication regarding this visit. I had explained that the motor to one door stopped working, and no reference to broken spring or other door issue (which was confirmed by Chris on his I-pad). Chris then explained that this would be a service visit for which I will decide later.
