I needed a new opener and was working with a different company who had sub-standard customer service. Jake was working on a neighbors garage door so I walked over; my neighbor was fine with my asking Jake some questions. Within a minute I realized Jake was highly professional. Within hours I had a text with a promise to provide me a quote by the next morning. He kept his promise and was installing the new opener within days. Don’t look any further, this a company who cares about customers being happy, they provide an excellent product and service.
