Your technician was nice and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately he could not repair our door opener. He provided a bid for a new one. Your service may be great, but we believe we can have the work done more in line with our budget by another contractor. Thank you for the bid.

Very happy with how everything went. Good communication from the start and no surprises. Austin was very thorough to show me what to look for as far as maintenance and all the steps he was going to be doing for the install. In addition to the new remote and keypad, DJ installed a new motor. He did a great job on educating us on points about our garage door that we had never been told. He installed it quick and efficiently. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had a very pleasant demeanor. DJ is definitely an asset to Precision Door.

Chris was amazing. This was my second quote and it was by far a better experience. He explained all our options clearly. We are looking forward to the installion of three new doors to replace our 18 year old wooden doors. We will also be getting updated operators.
