Service man showed up on time, knew what he was doing, made everything perfect again. The problem should have been detected by the other garage door company who had been out to check the misfiring of the door at least twice. I will not be calling them. Sean is a very definite asset to your company and deserves a raise because of the way he presents himself and your company.
