One of my garage doors spring broke. I called Precision Door as they have previously worked on my garage. They looked up to see it was under warranty and came out to fix it the same day. JP came even earlier than expected and let me know what was going on. He was very personable and answered my questions. Ron was great - he came out for an issue for which he changed the code, but also inspected the garage door and found that the almost 30 year old springs where ready to break and was able to replace them on the same visit. Well first off, Sean McCoy, the tech who was repairing the door, showed up when they said he would, he even called a few before getting there, was very professional, the bad part is my door is an old wood door that is warped, Sean gave me a quote to replace the door, also was surprised of the price, I'm think very hard about taking that offer, and getting the door replaced, GREAT WORK
