Drew called ahead of time to confirm job and arrived on time. I was having problems activating a new remote. I was anticipating replacing the overhead unit. Drew deducted the overhead was not allowing this particular remote to program. He sold me a different type of remote and all is well. I appreciate Precision Door Service expertise and courtesy. I was very impressed with Drew!! He was prompt, courteous, friendly, efficient and answered my many questions!! We purchased the PDS 370, springs, endcaps, rollers, keypad, door switch and remote openers. An impressive upgrade from what we had...so much quieter! We’ve only had it for a day but so far so good and hope it lasts as long as advertised. The Precision Company was very professional with a very kind receptionist, prompt response, loved the text messages, definitely will promote PDS as a company to use for service, as I’m on our HOA architectural board.

They came out to my Snohomish home We had a new garage opener and new spring installed, I am really excited and impressed about how quite and small the Precision garage opener is can't wait to get it for the other garage door.
