Craig was absolutely amazing. I had a "run-in" with my garage door, and the dents required me to take the bottom panel off just to lift it so I could get my car out. Since then, the door has been hanging open, letting in the cold, the elements, and possibly rodents. Craig came over to discuss my purchase and installation of a new door, but went far above and beyond by helping me piece the current broken door back together, getting it back in its tracks, and shutting it down completely to keep out the cold and mice. I can't thank Craig enough for this, and if all Precision employees are of Craig's caliber, then I am sold on Precision. Looking forward to the new door and getting it installed. Thank you, Craig!

Tyler showed up promptly in the correct window. He called to give me 20 mins of notice to be sure I was available. He diagnosed the problem, walked me though the fix, and performed the job. On the phone with the original customer service representatives they told me there would be a 70 dollar service call charge. But I found out all of the repairs were covered under my lifetime warranty. Tyler was friendly and very professional. I probably wasted more time chatting with him but he was very good.
