Chasen was very professional. We were given a call, text, and email upon the technicians arrival giving us a heads up about 15-30min out. Then once the faulty item was inspected we were called to discuss options of work to be performed so we could choose the financial option that we were able to pay BEFORE the work was started. Really impressed with the customer service and timeliness of this company. Then upon completion we were given before and after photos along with an invoice for our records. The tech also called to let us know he was completed.
