Actually my service call was to get a remote garage door opener for my car. I didn't know that there was a broken spring. JP fixed the spring and got my remote device set up very quickly as well as pointed out some additional work that could be done to extend the life of my system. :-)

Your tech, Mike, did a very fast and good job of replacing two of my garage door openers. He was friendly and really knew his business. However, I didn't get to review the billing info I signed enough, and there is an error on it. The invoice, which I paid while Mike was there, states that he lubed and tuned both garage doors, when in fact he only lubed and tuned one. Precision Door Service owes me $59.95 plus tax, I believe.
