Mike was great! Mike, trouble shoot why the door was intermittently working and then not working properly. Mike did some trouble shooting and found a loose connection from the install was causing intermittent functionality and completed the work as a warranty with no charge. Mike also was very helpfully, he explained the garage door fonctions and pointed out the clunk as you first open the garage door was probably due to paint on the seal causing friction as the door started to open. He recommended that I remove the bit of excess paint than got on the underside of the seal. (which I have just completed doing.) I will happily recommend Mike and Precision Doors in the future.

Nathan was friendly, professional, and very efficient. My door used an all-in-one style spring system that had failed. I was advised to upgrade from that to a more standardized spring system. I was offered two separate quotes, one had a lifetime warranty attached, and wasn't pressured to spend more money than I needed. Job was done the following week and everything is now working great.
