It was efficient and painless. The garage door was fixed and secured in no time. The technician was knowledgeable and spent extra time adjusting and securing the garage door which was not installed properly in the first place. My 'emergency' became Precision's no problem, we can have a repair person out between 10 & 2... & he was here at 10:45. Evan was polite & professional. He reviewed everything with me, explained the issues, offered education, was clear about safety issues. & then he efficiently and professionally fixed what needed to be done & was completed in a little under an hour!
