our Technician was great. Explained the problem and got right to work after making sure we knew how much everything would cost. Price seemed reasonable. HE also got here a little early which was great also. Couldn't believe how fast you were able to fit us in since our garage door was locked open. Working fine right now, but will call you again when we need the springs replaced again. very positive outcome!!!!!

Ben was pretty good. Obviously the reason why someone had to comeback was to redo and correct the work done prior. Spending $1.2k to upgrade the door was expensive. Im glade that you guaranteed the work and corrected the mistakes.

Saw the van yesterday parked at my neighbor's house and asked the tech if he could give me a quick estimate of replacing both our garage doors' torsion springs for our 20 year old house. A co-worker of mine had his break last summer and at the time I had investigated, it seemed all companies were saying they were booked a few months out. Nicholas is quite friendly and had 3 estimates written up in a few minutes, a good, better and best. We went with the 'better' (middle) of the 3, which was changing out the springs, bearings and rollers, too. All in all, the job went quickly, he arrived promptly the next morning to do the job and everything looks and sounds great (he also lubed up the hinges).

The tech Robert Mathews showed up Saturday afternoon on time and finished reinforcing damaged panels and installing new tracks and adding some stronger straps for securing tracks. Stayed pretty late to get it finished. Highly recommend Robert and Precision Door.
