I requested repair of my broken commercial-size garage door spring, but a residential team was sent out. The residential team (Carlo and Michael) assured me that I clearly indicated my door was commercial-sized and the mistake was Precision's (believe it when the outgoing message says all calls are recorded--and used! Carlo and Michael were polite and apologetic and called the office to schedule a commercial team but an appt was not available for 2 more days--a problem as my car was trapped in the garage. Thankfully, Carlo and Michael were able to manually open my large and heavy door so I was able to get my car out. This is the 2nd, if not 3rd, time, I have called Precision for my commercial door service only to have a residential team sent out. Grrr. Carlo and Michael made the best of this situation.
