Thanks to J.P. Felix for stopping by to check on our garage door openers. One of our fobs was giving us inconsistent and unreliable opening of our garage door. In a very brief and courteous visit the problem was resolved, since the equipment is still under warranty. J.P. checked to make sure everything else was working well. Our garage door spring broke on a Monday and we had the springs replaced on that Friday. We’re very pleased with Nathan and his work; he assessed the entire door, springs, rollers, and opener. He explained why and how often springs can fail and gave estimates for the work. We opted to also replace the rollers; he completed the work in a very timely manner and the door is working better than ever. Our thanks to Nathan and also the receptionist who took our call.

We can't thank you enough for the prompt and professional service we received from Karlou and his assistant, Robert! The spring on our garage door broke very unexpectedly with a vehicle trapped in the garage. We had seen ads for Precision Garage Doors on TV and when we called for help, we were able to secure an appointment the next day (which due to Covid, we were very thankful for!). Communication from the company was top notch with both email and text conformation sent regarding our appointment time. And in addition, a picture of Karlou and a short biography were sent prior to his arrival. We were also pleasantly surprised when our appointment window was moved to earlier in the day. Our garage door is now fixed and we are back in business. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience!
