Very disappointed in my latest experience with your company. It took (2) weeks for the circuit board to arrive. Now JP said the part that arrived was the wrong part so now I will have to wait another week bringing the total turnaround to replace the circuit board and spring to (3) weeks?? As I have always been pleased with your company in the past and have not looked elsewhere, I am inclined to do so in the future now.

My technician, Carlou Dalir, courteously called to ask if he could arrive earlier than the scheduled time, and he then arrived right at the new time with mask and ready to listen to my problem. He quickly analyzed the problem I was having and offered suggestions on the cause. The problem was readily corrected. I had several questions about maintenance, and he thoroughly explained what I could do to keep the garage door in good working order. Friendly, very capable, and a good communicator, I was impressed and would call on him again in the future.
