I had some difficulty getting through for an appointment, but it was probably because I originally called the service in through our home warranty. Once I finally got someone who could book the appointment, things went smoothly. The technician appeared on time, was very COVID-19 safe and was pleasant. He walked me through my issue, gave me 3 different options for getting it working again and fixed it quickly. Very nice, pleasant gentleman. Pleased with the service! Thanks again.

Justin did a great job and fixed both of our garage doors! He replace batteries in our garage door openers and upgraded the garage door rollers. In addition he gave the doors a tune up! He was very polite and professional! We appreciate the service. Thank you!

Although it has only been one day so i cannot yet comment on the workmanship. Justin Walker was great. He explained in detail my options and why i needed them. I was delighted with the outcome and happy that i decided to totally rebuild/update my system. Quiet and updated,,,,did i mention Quiet. Again ,,,Justin Walker was great. Very polite, knowledgeable and courteous. it would be nice to receive another review inquiry in a month or so i can comment on the technical operational part of the job. Thank you.
