Austin was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, listened, explained thoroughly and easily what he found and gave us 3 options to repair, as well as patient with our talking his ear off. I was very worried when I called Doors West and got Precision instead. With employee shortages and the company going through a buyout transition I didn't expect good service at all. I explained this to the very professional, friendly person who answered the phone and reassured me Precision was on the ball and we had no worries. I decided to go with Precision because my trepadations were relieved but also because Precesion was the only company to actually answer the phone. All 8 other highly rated garage door companies wanted me to leave a message. There was no personal contact or reassurance when or if they could get to us. That's bad business in my book. We also really appreciated the company didn't use sub contractors. We have dealt with this too often with Leaf Guard, Comcast and others who send subs who smell bad, don't speak or understand English well, were incompetent and totally unprofessional and unfriendly. We'd highly reccommend Precision!
