After 2 prior attempts to fix garage door (it was opening on its own) Mike replaced the entire unit with a new one at no charge. So far problem has not reoccured.

JP fixed the door but I think it still has an issue. At least once a week I have to reset the lower and upper limit on the door. I went shopping today and closed the door. It must have come up as soon as I pulled away as it was open when I got back. After I pulled in and shut the door it came back up. I noticed it seemed off so I reset the upper/lower limits again and it seems to be working correctly (for the moment.)
