Probably the WORST customer service/“pushy”, trying to “up sell”, worse than the worst “used-car salesman” you can have. When “tech” tried to sell me a new garage door (&I said no), he literally laughed & called me “cheap”. He “waived” his “service fee” on the 1st quote. When he included it on the 2nd quote, I asked why it was included…he said: “cause I can & won’t take it off, but I can give you 5% off it”. It cost me almost $1K to have 2 springs replaced & a keypad installed (& “tech” told me, he “gave me a deal” & it could/should’ve cost $5K).
