It turned out there was faulty wiring on the actual door opener that had been placed NOT BY Precision.
The Precision Door technician - Chris Tiffany was prompt, very polite and professional. He discovered and fixed the issue.
He had a trainee with him, who was just as personable and polite. Lucky trainee to be learning from Chris T.
