Last week Robert did a great job replacing a broken spring and some worn out roller drums & bearings. It was clear he really knew his craft and I was very happy with the service he provided. Before he left, I took the opportunity to show him an issue I had been dealing with on another one of our garage doors, where it was closing very rough and noisy. (I had not been able to pinpoint the problem). Robert quickly determined the issue was caused by a bent end plate and worn out bearings. I set up a follow up appointment, and earlier this week he came back and replaced the parts I needed. Thanks for staffing your company with pros like Robert!

The person who came to fix my garage kept reminding me my home warranty insurance don't replace items until they are not working. The thing is I know the process, the insurance is with me since many years you don't need to kept saying that. Rigid behavior: he didn't do a step more which could fix my problem and started saying that it comes under maintenance. Dude than why are you at home to fix what? I hope the door goes bad again and he comes to fix all issues. Not all customers are fraud or try to claim unnecessary things. If you have bad experience with some customer does not mean all are in same boat. He knew the issue, he said your motor is underpower but can't be replaced ok fine. Then he knew the screw needs oiling. Then what did you fix man? a spring which can go bad again and I pay 100$ for another visit?
