Ben was very responsive to my call to come by to correct periodic door reopening after almost closing.
Found loose control wires to motor which he trimmed and reinstalled. As periodic servicing had not been done for almost 2 years. Ben was able to accomplish before his next appointment in Bothell.
Ben also walked me through the resetting procedure after manual releasing of the emergency opening feature.

Tyler was very professional and honest. Even though the problem seemed to already have been resolved by my neighbor, he checked everything for safety and condition. He informed me that the company that had repaired my springs prior, had used the wrong kind and that my be part of the problem. I contacted the other company to see if it would be under warranty, but they wanted $89 just to come and look at it and it didn't sound like it would be covered. I already knew that they had a reputation for over charging and overselling so I decided to use Precision to put in a new door (which I needed) and would include the correct springs.
