Very happy with appearance of our new black doors and how quiet they move when opening or closing. Their look has enhanced the outside of our home and we are so glad we chose to have arched windows effect included in their design. I called today for yearly service and Service Person (Ben Bahr) came over the same day...he oiled and tuned the garage door and as I am a Senior I asked him if he would change the batteries in my opener for me which he gladly did. He answered any question that I had and couldn't have been more patient...(speaking for myself..sometimes Us Seniors need to feel not only comfortable to ask questions but feel that the person knows his trade and performs it to the high standard that we expect...Ben Bahr was exactly that person!!) Great next day service to replace a broken garage door opener. Received a text message informing me that Henry was on his way to our home. Henry quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to install new garage opener for us. After the install he also helped to link our other garage door remotes and keypad with the new unit. Mr.Lay was a very knowledgeable repairman. He contacted me without the appointment time and informed me when he would arrive. Mr. Lay arrived exactly at the time given and promptly began working.
He was able to locate the issue with my garage door opener and replace the part. Mr. Lay also explained the issue with me and how the fix would work. After he repaired the issue he tested and retested to confirm the fix worked. Mr. Lay then cleaned up his work area before he left.
