I had some difficulty getting through for an appointment, but it was probably because I originally called the service in through our home warranty. Once I finally got someone who could book the appointment, things went smoothly. The technician appeared on time, was very COVID-19 safe and was pleasant. He walked me through my issue, gave me 3 different options for getting it working again and fixed it quickly. Very nice, pleasant gentleman. Pleased with the service! Thanks again.
