I experienced the joy of having my garage door stop working. I called Precision and they sent me a wonderful tech, JP, same day! JP was able to quickly figure out what needed to be fixed and took care of the issue swiftly. I now have a properly functioning garage door again. It was a little expensive but service calls usually are. I would absolutely do business with Precision Door again should the need arise.
