Problem: Our garage door began working intermittently. Our tech, Sean, appeared to be very thorough in diagnosing the issue, a worn out circuit board. He presented the options very clearly, either to replace the board or replace the entire opener. We chose the latter as a better long-term solution, rather than a band-aid on a 24-year old unit. He did not do any pushy upselling, but we asked for a higher level alternative and ended up getting a slightly better upgrade. Sean was awesome. He installed the new unit right away. It is wonderful. So quiet and smooth. A side note: We had the door framing replaced about a year ago, and Sean verified that the carpenter did an outstanding (and rare) job of putting the garage door back together. Again, no unnecessary upsell to have them fix the framing, track alignment, etc. Pricing seemed on target. We could not be happier with the quick (same day), fair and overall excellent execution. I will recommend Precision and Sean to anyone seeking garage service.
