Tech called and wanted to reschedule. I explained we were scheduled for today due to an urgent leak so he came out. Watched him on my garage cam while he worked om the garage. He attempted a few minutes to replace the seal and then hammered the left rail eventually damaging it, it now doesn't close smoothly before he came. He gave up in less than 15 mins and explained to me that this system requires the retainer to be replaced not just the seal. He said he would contact in less than 2 days to reschedule with the part, never called. I decided to call another company as this urgent to prevent leak to the garage and they said only the seal requires replacement and the cost was significantly less.

He was able to answer a ton of questions and give me information about maintaining the door. He had the needed parts in the van and was able to repair it on the spot!

Here it is Saturday AM on January 2,2021 and garage door opener does not work. The company that sold and installed opener in 2017 only opened 8-5 , M-F.
Precision has 24/7 service, so when I called at 0730 operator said she could send technician out by 10-12. He called at 0900 and got here @0930.
Nathan Williams Tech. was so helpful and very pro active in sharing information.
