She was very sympathetic when I told her my wife died a month ago and I can no longer live in this house and make ends meet and need to spruce up the house to make it sellable. Our appointment timeframe was 10 to 12. Nathen called at 9:30 to say he’d be there in 30 to 35 minutes; it was 35 minutes exactly. He diagnosed the problem and discussed the options and had it repaired by 11:15. Great service and a very nice technician!
