Absolutely HORRIBLE Service!!!!!!!!!! I originally scheduled my appointment to be between 12-2pm, then I was “mysteriously” scheduled for 2-4pm, then he calls and says he can be here between 12-1pm. He arrives at 1:30pm while I'm on an important call at work. I told him I need to finish this call, and he proceeds to YELL at me like I was a 5 year old child saying that he has work to do and is in a hurry and starts pointing at his wrist and that I need to look at the garage now and pay. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO SHOWED UP LATER THAN YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO. Also, I thought my appointment was 2-4pm? There are reasons why I requested specific time spots because of work. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I do not recommend Precision Door at all. We will be hiring someone else that cost 50% less than what Precision Doors is charging! The only reason why we had them come check out our garage because of our insurance company. They were also the ones that fixed our garage a year ago and they were ALSO horrible and took 2 smonths. Thanks for nothing and the lack of professionalism!

There was no broken spring repair. Problem was diagnosed as blocked sensor. Allowed the door to open but not close
Product sold was a surge suppressor.
Tech was knowledgeable and professional. Quickly diagnosed problem and corrected.
