FIRST OF ALL: IT WAS NOT A BROKEN SPRING AND THERE WAS A PRODUCT SOLD.
Product Sold: Internal Logic Block replaced in the power head. Power serge "fried" the existing logic Block.
Brian explained problem and made a quick and efficient repair.
