Your service technician Daniel was friendly, appeared knowledgable, and handled my horrible personality today really well as I was unwell: kudos!! I appreciate the email with photo and call ahead.
I am concerned that our garage door moved and sounded odd after the spring installation and was so completely out of whack 5 months later that we were afraid the spring was going to break. it sounded very different when your company installed it but i was reassured it was 'good'. I have not had trouble with a garage door spring (properly installed?) in the past until the spring broke years into the future.
I'm concerned that your company had to come back and adjust work that should not have had to be adjusted 5 months after instal with only normal use, without alteration, without any incidents.
I'm concerned that you charged me 120$ to adjust your work 5 months after installation.
In Oct I was struck by the tech wanting me to spend a lot of $$ on 'higher quality' springs and kept inferring how sub-par the 'regular' springs were. I was irritated by the technician today as well who, more than once, inferred the same thing. Regular springs have lasted us around 10 years and more WITHOUT ISSUE in the past (ours and our other homes) - with the exception of the one your company installed last October.
I am concerned that the quality of the installation and spring provided by your company in October was not up to par and that there will continue to be issues in the future. I'm more concerned that you did not stand by this initial work and charged us $120 to ameliorate it.
for these reasons i'm reserving a great review.
