I called to schedule service for next week. The friendly operator told me that a tech could come out today, within and hour, or so. I told her that would be great but not to schedule him unless his truck would be fully stocked and able to replace our wall pads that your company sold us and installed when when got lift master openers, years before. The wall pads have never worked right and were very flimsy. The tech came on time but he did not have enough parts, or the right parts to make the repair. I was disappointed, frustrated, and angry that exactly what I didn’t want to happen, happened. Daniel was friendly, communicated well, and spent over an hour and a half trying to make things work, to no avail. Now I have to reschedule for service and hope that this time he will bring the right parts and be able to make the repair/replacement. I find it interesting that you sought my review before you could call me to reschedule service. You could call me for a further conversation if you would like as I am seeking to replace our 2 garage doors soon and my hope is to get better service from your company then this experience.
