My mom is 98 and has a Precision door which fails to close at times leaving my mom vulnerable to any street thug going by. Numerous attemps supposedly have been offered to repair. As of this writting she can not use this door for fear it will not operate properly and leave her exposed. At this time minimal effort has been put forward to repair the faulty device.

I was disappointed that I could not receive service before June 15 as I reported the problem on June 13. One of my garage doors was opening independently during the day and night and this resulted in a security issue.
Your service technician, Duchaum Joseph arrived this morning, as scheduled, and reprogrammed the garage door. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate his service and I highly recommend him.
