Your tech was on time for our first appointment but after telling me that he didn't have the motor required for my door type he left & I have not heard from your company since. I am not expecting to at this point & will be going with someone else. Thanks!

I think the gentleman who handled our door was great but the fact that he literally adjusted a knob on the garage door opener and gave us some information about how to take care of our garage door and he charged us $80 for the "one hour minimum labor" and $60 for the trip seemed exorbitantly high for the minimal amount of work he had to do. I understand the trip charge but not an hour's labor for something that took him one minute.
