We’ve had the same technician come to our home twice. This time was another guy, Jeff, did the bare minimum and had no notes about what we had requested be done during the visit. Inefficient communication between the field, parts sept and scheduling. Also, financials and accounting are unclear for scheduling and for the customer. VERY disappointed with this appt and to hear that tanner is no longer with the company. He was a real star.

The technicians came out to the site and were professional and displayed there knowledge. They were very good. The unsatisfactory feeling I have is from the sales staff. I called at least 3 times requesting service and each time I was told I would receive a call back which I never did. This occurred over 3 weeks. Finally after another phone call Ms. Kimball scheduled me and gave me her email as a future contact. That was very good. But with how long it took to get service it showed a lack of customer service and that is how a company loses business.

Well I guess the first review didn't go through, so...
I think the guys who come out to do the work are great, no complaints about them at all.
My complaint is about the fact that if they need to call me while on site and I miss the call, I can not call them back. I have to call your office, then have you call the tech and then he calls me back...again. This is a very poor way for us and your techs to communicate. I have never with any other company had to go through that mess to get a little info or answer a simple question.
