Hey. Sean was very nice and knowledgeable. However, after he left and the garage door was closed, we could not get it open. The usual door code did not work and although I tried making up basic things like 1234, nothing worked. So, this is a major bummer since we have an electric vehicle and the charger is in the garage that while newly serviced, won’t open. My wife, Jan, called in and was told that no one was available until tomorrow (9/5) in the afternoon. This is certainly not good service since my garage door was operational prior to the service call. My neighbor is interested in a new garage door and wants to know who we used and if I would recommend you. I really don’t know what to say. It would seem that even if Sean couldn’t come back today to fix whatever he did, then someone else should have been available in an emergency, or someone knowledgeable should have been able to talk us through some process to get the door open. I am extremely disappointed.
